Terms & Conditions

All the services offered by Techpertz are bound by these Terms and Conditions and by involving with us through ordering our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions as well.

  1. Our commission acceptance is to be deemed as a Contractual Agreement between Techpertz and the Clients.

  2. We quote all our prices either in US dollars or in Indian Rupees. We do not deal in any other currency and if circumstances prevail, the same will be clearly indicated in actual.

  3. All the invoices would be prepared as per the schedule. The preferred method of payment would be decided at the time of finalization of the Contract between the Client and Techpertz.

  4. Milestone payment to be made as per the milestone schedule which would be pre-decided, during the finalization of the contract itself or as mutually agreed otherwise.

  5. Techpertz reserves the right regarding the negotiation and refund options of the payment made by the clients towards the service requested and finalized by the client. The refund and cancellation options would be decided through mutual understanding at the time of finalization of the contract. All requests for refund and cancellation should be received by Techpertz in writing through personal meetings, email or fax only and no other medium would be considered.

  6. For small, minor or one time paid assignments; the client needs to make advance payment and a proper contractual agreement also.

  7. All business related correspondences or communications need to be done in writing through email or letters. Any changes in the contact information or email of the clients should be informed to Techpertz by the client itself.

  8. Any desired changes, in the case of the ordered service related information, refunds or cancellations etc, the client must notify in writing, within 15 days of the deadline date.

  9. This terms and conditions would remain same for our software development service and also apply to all the other services offered by us.
